Every child deserves the chance to play, learn, and grow. Through our landmark "Soccer for Our CITY" program, we are removing barriers to make youth soccer more affordable and fun than ever. Participants will learn the fundamentals of the game, teamwork, and sportsmanship, all while following a professional curriculum developed by the experts at St. Louis CITY SC.

Frequently Asked Questions
Those eligible to receive discounted soccer lessons include kids, ages Pre-K through sixth grade, who are current Y members or non-member participants approved for financial assistance, as well as those who qualify for the free or reduced lunch program and/or the Missouri Department of Family Services.
Y members pay only $15 per season, non-members $30.
For the spring 2026 season, the partnership program will be available at 7 YMCA locations: Carondelet Park Rec Complex, Collinsville, Maryville, Troy YMCA, Downtown Belleville YMCA, East Belleville YMCA, Emerson YMCA, O'Fallon, IL YMCA, and the South City Family YMCA.
St. Louis CITY SC will provide additional support by working with the Y to implement a training curriculum for the participating coaches to heighten the level of training and play within our existing soccer program. The partners will collaborate on developing new soccer curriculum for coaches and youth participants that reflect a well-rounded education on technical, emotional, social, tactical and physical skill sets.
