During your employment, for every full- or part-time new hire that you refer, you can earn a $300 bonus.

Current Y employees can refer candidates for positions at any time during their employment.  To receive your referral bonus, first make sure that the person you are referring includes your name on their application under the section "If you were referred by a current Gateway Region YMCA Employee, please enter their name".  Next, notify your supervisor that you have referred someone that has been hired by the Y. Your supervisor will complete the Referral Bonus form for you, letting HR know your name and the name of the person that you referred. Once the person you have referred has reached 30 days of active employment we will process your bonus and pay it out on the next available paycheck.

Bonuses are pre-tax.
